Lettings Manager

Job Title: Lettings Manger
Location: Harborne
Salary: £35,000 Basic (DOE)
OTE:£45,000+
Start Date: ASAP

I am looking for a Lettings Manager to run and and develop a successful, well reviewed and award winning estate agency in Harborne. If you are experienced and enjoy the estate agency industry, then your skills would be welcomed and you will be appreciated and looked after.

The focus of this role will be managing the current lettings stock, as well as generating new business for the rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct market appraisals and instructing new business.
• Achieve targets and ensuring the office builds market share.
• Lead and ensure negotiators are on track to hit targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential lettings.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
