Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client who are a rapidly growing independent lettings agency based in Bishopston, Bristol and due to continued success we are looking for a Lettings Consultant to join the team, working in a close knit team you will be working in a varied role carrying out viewings, property visits, some property management & referencing.

Duties for the Lettings Consultant:

• Oversee pre-tenancy processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met for a smooth and efficient tenancy process.
• Manage and organise administrative tasks related to property coordination, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Book and conduct viewings across the property portfolio, negotiate move in dates with tenants and landlords
• Liaising with contractors to instruct repairs, signing out keys, taking calls regarding reactive maintenance from tenants.

Skill for the Lettings Consultant:

• First class organisation skills
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Genuine interest in property
• Drivers license and own car

Package for the Lettings Consultant

• £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
• Funded industry exams
