Are you passionate about the property sector and customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Lettings Assistant. As a Lettings Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our private sector lettings team by handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Listing Properties:
  You'll be responsible for listing properties on platforms like Rightmove, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions to attract potential tenants.
• Deposit Protections:
  Familiarity with deposit protection schemes is essential. You'll handle deposit-related paperwork and ensure compliance.
• Contact Builder:
  Efficiently manage communication with prospective tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders using our contact builder system.
• Let's Alliance Compliance:
  Knowledge of Let's Alliance compliance processes is advantageous. You'll assist in ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Affordability Checks:
  Process affordability checks for prospective tenants, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria.
• Forms and References:
  Obtain relevant forms and references from tenants and landlords.

• Additional Skills (Beneficial but Not Essential):
• Private Sector Lettings Experience:
  Prior experience in private sector lettings will be highly valued.
• Rightmove Expertise:
  Proficiency in using Rightmove for property listings.
• PO Numbers:
  Familiarity with raising purchase order (PO) numbers.
• EBIS Knowledge:
  While not essential, familiarity with EBIS (our internal system) would be advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
• Remote work (4 days per week) with an office day on Wednesdays
