Lettings and Property Management Administrator
Our client are a boutique Estate Agency looking to recruit a proactive and well-organised individual to provide crucial support to the Property Management and Lettings Team. Located in the heart of Hackney, they are specialists in their market and are growing year on year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all office administration for the Lettings and PM departments.
- Report lettings figures to senior management.
- Chase and upload all tenancy documents
- Upload and list new properties online (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.).
- Handle telephone inquiries confidently and take messages.
- Perform general lettings administration post-offer acceptance.
- Be willing to attend properties to assist with Lettings and PM
Requirements:
- Experience in property administration desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven administrator
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Salary: £27,000 to £35,000, depending on experience
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Plus, one Saturday per month (10:00 to 17:00), with a day of in lieu.
