Lettings and Block Management Coordinator

Location: Trowbridge

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Pro Rata (Dependent on experience)

Hours: 3-5 days per week dependent on candidate preference

Our client requires a strong Coordinator to join their small, independent Lettings and Block Management Agency based in Trowbridge.

A driving license and use of own car is required.

The Role

• Arranging maintenance at let properties and managed blocks from small repairs to large, planned maintenance projects
• Attending AGM’s, writing up minutes for circulating ensuring action points are carried out
• Scheduling fire management servicing and electrical test and gas and electrical certification
• Arrange Buildings and DAO insurance when due
• Visiting properties and blocks on a regular basis, reporting to the Landlord/Directors
• Scheduling rent increases
• Budgeting

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate would ideally have:

• Experience and a good understanding of property management
• The ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent organisation skills
• Experience in using Microsoft Office packages
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A willingness to be flexible and to occasionally work outside office hours to fulfil the role
• Xero experience preferrable
