An exceptional opportunity for a well presented and diligent Lettings Administrator with superb communication skills to join a lovely independent agent within their office in central Leicester. . Ideally my client is looking for someone Monday to Friday on part time hours. 

With roots in the city spanning over 30 years you will be joining a company who excel in quality of service and customer care. With a great long standing reputation you would be part of a great local brand. 

Lettings Administrator – Benefits

The role of Lettings Administrator will include:

  • Building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Dealing with maintenance in a timely manner
  • Management of rental arrears
  • Working to ensure property compliance is maintained
  • Management of tenant applications, referencing, right to rent checks 
  • Preparation of tenancy agreements
  • Booking in viewings


Lettings Administrator – Experience Needed

  • It is essential that you have previous property management, lettings administration or maintenance support experienced. 
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
