PART TIME LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENTS

SALARY £9,000 - 15 HOURS A WEEK OVER 3 DAYS - 9AM - 2PM

My client has an exciting opportunity for a PART TIMELETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR to join their very busy lettings department. They are looking for a strong administrator to be part of a team doing pre tenancy oversee administration.

Main duties include:

  • Completing the move ins
  • Some accounts work
  • Chasing Right to Rent Documents
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with general queries
  • General lettings administration
  • Any additional assistance to support the team

Requirements

  • Motivated team player
  • Commitment to providing high levels of service at all times
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills

THIS POSITION IS 15 HOUR A WEEK, IDEALLY MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY 9AM TO 2PM
