Requirements for the Role:

• City and Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• A full UK driving licence is necessary for consideration.
• Strong knowledge of technical regulations, including Water Supply Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP, HSG274, and any other relevant guidance.
• Ability to prioritize, be organised, and self-motivated.
• Open to national travel

Responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor:

• Draw schematic diagrams.
• Provide technical support as required.
• Undertake remedial works as quoted.
• Conduct PPM service visits using appropriate tools and systems.
• Maintain accurate site L8 logbooks.
• Complete legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274, both manually and electronically.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of Legionella Risk Assessment paperwork and reports within agreed KPI timescales.
