We are currently working with our Industry leading client based in the hearth of Manchester to recruit an experienced Legal Workforce Planner to manage and direct the workforce of an exceptionally busy legal team. This is a fantastic position in a business that offers real opportunity. As a Legal workforce planner you will be responsible for ensuring the correct legal professional is assigned to the correct cases and workload. This would suit a Barristers clerk or legal planner ready to take the next step in their professional career.

Key Duties/Tasks:

Managing & Scheduling diary's for a team of employment law professionals

Managing workflow in light of absence or holidays

Working in an operational role supporting the Litigation manager where necessary

Desirable skills and attributes:

Experienced Legal Planner

Experienced working within a legal setting would be an advantage

Experienced workforce planner, managing a large teams movements and diarys
