Working at the heart of digital transformation a role is available for aProduct Specialist to take ownership and responsibility for driving adoption and embedding a key technology solution across the firm, whilst also delivering an exceptional client experience. The business has established a track record for driving excellence within service delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Product Specialist

  • Reporting to a Solutions Manager the Product Specialist will support the delivery of legal technology projects
  • Embeds themselves within the firm as an expert, understanding what is achievable and how, as well as helping to define specific solutions to requirements
  • Proactively works to deliver ongoing benefits, working with stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Works with stakeholders in driving the awareness and adoption of legal tech platforms
  • Helps to support with upskilling stakeholders across the business
  • Manages a busy workload day to day with the ability to prioritise work and achieve time sensitive deadlines
  • Assists with the introduction and embedding of new solutions to ensure a seamless integration
  • Deploys agile project management methodologies as well as IT best practice to provide an excellent and efficient service to all stakeholders
  • Assists with any upgrades, integrations or configurations of existing solutions ensuring that solutions are thoroughly tested
  • Define, design, tests and implements solutions that allows lawyers and fee earners to work more efficiently and to deliver excellent client experiences

Skills & Attributes of the Product Specialist

  • Strong day to day self-management with a focus on service excellence and delivery whilst role modelling exemplary behaviours in line with the firm’s purpose and values
  • Has a good technical ability and proficiency with the ability to translate this in to an understandable manner for a variety of audiences to understand
  • HighQ or other legal technology knowledge and experience would be beneficial
  • HTML, CSS or JAVA coding experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills in a variety of situations and when dealing with a variety of challenging stakeholders
  • Confident and credible in dealing with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to build lasting and strong relationships
