A Top 100 Law Firm is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary join their expanding Housing department in their central Newcastle office. A varied role in a supportive team in an interesting area of law. Duties to include:

  • Managing Fee Earner diaries, checking for conflicts
  • Inbox management, prioritising tasks, agreeing deadlines with the team
  • Using the Land registry portal
  • Preparing, submitting and downloading searches
  • Preparation and amendment of documents and correspondence using MS office and case management
  • Document management, e-filing
  • Client care, taking instructions (under direction).

Previous Legal Secretary experience is required. You must have strong IT/ MS Office and communication skills.
