THE ROLE: LEGAL SECRETARY

LOCATION: ST ALBANS

PERMANENT: PART-TIME

Our well-established client law firm based in St Albans is currently seeking a permanent part-time Legal Secretary to work in their Residential Property Department where the successful candidate will work for the Property fee earners.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience of working within Residential Property/Conveyancing and who understands the procedures and the legal forms used.

Knowledge of the H M Land Registry Portal would be useful along with case management experience, however an induction will be given.

With your fast and accurate keyboard and typing skills, you will be a good support to the Property Team.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Flexible arrangement 3 full days 9-5.15pm or over 5 days from 10-2.30pm
Salary: Pro rata of £33,000pa

Holidays: Standard plus extra days/Bank Holidays

Skills & Requirements: Legal Secretary, experience in Residential Conveyancing, knowledge of legal forms, HM Land Registry Portal. Digital Audio Dictation.
