My client, a well known Scottish law firm, are seeking a motivated and skilled legal secretary to join a growing conveyancing team in the heart of Perth city centre. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience as a legal secretary in residential property and familiarity with conveyancing processes and procedures.


Your new role
To enhance legal professionals' productivity, secretarial service ensures seamless support for fee earners, enabling them to focus on legal matters. Adhering to firm policies and procedures to optimise departmental efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
Resillience, excellent keyboard skills, comfortable with digital dictation and have knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations.


What you'll get in return

  • 25 days annual leave; 9 fixed days, plus the opportunity to purchase up to a week's extra holiday at the start of the holiday year;
  • Pension scheme to which the firm contributes 5% as long as the individual contributes a minimum of 3%
  • Death in service benefit of 4 x annual salary for every member of the pension scheme;
