An established and well-known, full-service law firm based in Bedfordshire is looking for an family Legal Secretary to join the growing team. Previous legal secretary experience is required, but family law experience is not as the partner is happy to train and develop the successful candidate. 

Your duties will cover a wide spectrum of standard legal secretary tasks and include:

  • Dictation and minute taking for a busy family law partner
  • Efficient diary management, ensuring smooth operations and planning for the team
  • Undertaking basic family law paralegal work
  • Providing solid and dependable support to an existing family law team, ensuring that all tasks are handled in a timely and professional manner

Who We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is an experienced legal secretary with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills. You should be confident in your ability to support a busy team and handle multiple tasks concurrently. Familiarity with family law is a plus, but not a requirement. More importantly, we're looking for an adaptable, team player with a genuine interest in family law.
