Role: Legal Secretary - Care Team
Experience: Prior 1 years as a Legal Secretary
Location: Manchester
Salary: £23,000

We are looking to recruit a proactive Legal Secretary who can provide support to Fee Earner and Partner in a busy Legal team in the Manchester area.

You will join our established and leading Care team who act on a variety of matters, with a keen focus on assisting two senior fee earners on their administrative takes.

The day to day duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Audio typing (Big Hand)
* Typing and drafting correspondence
* Amending documents
* Diary Management
* Booking meetings
* Assisting with and drafting bills
* Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
* Opening, maintaining and closing files
* Archiving files
* Updating and maintaining databases
* Scanning and preparing documentation
* General administration ie. filing, faxing, photocopying etc

The ideal candidate for this role will have a majority of the following skills and traits:
* Previous experience within a similar role as a legal secretary
* Excellent typing speeds
* Efficient diary management skills
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Excellent organisation skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Flexible, can do approach
* Team player
