SALARY DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

My client are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide support to their Stockport team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in family law or a similar sector.

Duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Maintaining an electronic case management system for all files
  • My client are a paper-lite firm meaning they only keep small paper files.
  • Excellent organisational skills - the ability to take responsibility for tasks and prioritise work in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Supporting a senior fee-earner with all administrative/secretarial duties
  • Supporting our dedicated reception team with incoming calls, including dealing with new and existing clients and booking appointments.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks, including photocopying, preparing court bundles and dealing with stationery orders.
