My client is recognised as a market leader in legal and professional services. They are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their highly successful and esteemed Residential Development team in Guildford. In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Plot team.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: You’ll expertly handle diaries, appointments, and deadlines, ensuring impeccable coordination for the fee earners and Partners.
  • Drafting Support: Your adeptness with legal documentation will shine as you assist with drafting SDLTs, applying for 0S1s, and preparing SIMs.
  • Contract Administration: You’ll assemble contract packs and bundles that will facilitate smooth transactions for their clients.
  • File Organisation: Efficient file management will be your strength. You’ll be the key to the team’s efficiency.

The are seeking an individual who embodies professionalism and efficiency. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, understanding the nuances of legal support. You will possess exceptional diary management and organisational skills and be used to working in a fast paced environment. You should also have expertise in working with case management systems and possess a fast and accurate typing speed.
