Recruitment Consultant - Legal, Leeds

The legal recruitment division in Leeds works with private practice law firms, in-house legal teams and public sector organisations to source the very best talent in the legal market on a permanent, temporary and fixed-term basis. They form part of the UK's leading legal recruitment offering with over 30 specialist legal consultants nationwide

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract qualified legal candidates through various sourcing methods including networking, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to understand market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in legal recruitment or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
