We’re looking to expand our team with some super talent in our stunning, brand new office in the vibrant Spinningfields area which also boasts a free onsite gym! 

A number of our consultants who have made the transition from working in the legal profession have gone on to be legal recruitment specialists in their region earning £40k+ in year 1 and £70k+ in year 2. 

The opportunity

You will be recruiting legal professionals for some of the largest and most reputable law firms in the UK. With previous experience working in the legal field this will stand you in an advantageous position to be able to quickly become a legal recruitment specialist. Based in Manchester's trendiest new office location in Spinningfields this role comes with some amazing facilities available to our team including free access to the most advanced fitness gyms in Manchester!! We offer a brilliant work/life balance by offering flexible working shifts across the week, a 4.5 day working week (but paid for 5 days), remote working at least once a week and dozy days every month!

What will the role look like?

You’ll be an expert in your field and essentially running your own business with a busy and varied day-to-day. You’ll love speaking with legal professionals everyday helping them advance their career and help achieve their goals and aspirations. As a legal recruiter you will maintain and build long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s biggest law firms being able to consult, advise on current market conditions and provide a solution to their recruitment needs. You'll also be busy attracting and finding new talent everyday through our extensive database and resources, job advertising and networking.

As an ‘Investors in People Platinum’ accredited Company, progressing and developing our staff is hugely important to us! From Day 1 you will receive training through our bespoke training programme which will equip you with the knowledge, skills, resources and contacts necessary to become a successful recruitment consultant.

You will be looking at earning over £40k+ in your first year, £70k+ in your second year and £100k beyond. We operate a transparent career path based on billings performance giving you control of your destiny and giving you the opportunity to progress down the Management or Business Unit Director route. What else does the role offer?
  • Super basic salary between £20,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
  • 33 days holiday with an additional 16 days holiday available through performance and attendance
