Legal Practice Support specialist
We are seeking a highly knowledgable legal practice support specialist to join a leading global law firm’s corporate finance team. This is a demanding role working closely with the senior revenue managers to manage client accounts, focusing on billing and work in progress (WIP) management across their London and Asia offices. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate billing and charging practices while also providing exceptional support to the finance team and clients. This candidate will gain great exposure to working closely with senior partners, working on budgeting and understanding what deals they are working on and how they are billed. Exceptional knowledge within legal billing is essential and we are seeking a fee save person who will push back when budgets are being overlooked. You will need to be confident in hosting weekly meetings with associates and partners, ensuring that accounts enquiries are answered with full transparency and that the information provided is accurate. This is a career paralegal role, you must have a first class law degree and experience in working within a magic circle or US law firm. This is an ever expanding practice group and there is scope for progression due to the firm’s excellent progression plans.
