A leading Manchester City Centre law firm are currently looking to recruit an experiebced Legal PA to join the Construction team to support a number of solicitors up to partner level. The firm has an excellent reputation and staff retention, and offers a friendly and supportive working environment. 

It is a highly recommended employer with a good work-life balance. 

Hybrid working offered.

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal PA is essential. You must also have experience of document management systems, onboarding new clients, billing, diary management, travel and claiming expenses.

Duties include:

  • Audio typing 
  • Typing and drafting correspondence
  • Amending documents
  • Diary Management
  • Booking meetings
  • Assisting with and drafting bills
  • Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
  • Opening, maintaining and closing files
  • Archiving files
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Scanning and preparing documentation
