Hays are recruiting for a permanent PA, based in Manchester City Centre. This role is office based.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the firm with full PA and administrative duties, working collaboratively with a team of solicitors and other members of business services. You will build and maintain effective relationships, attend and organise client events, you will support with multiple diary management, you will book and organise travel, support with email management, book accommodation, support with necessary paperwork, take calls and messages, prepare presentations, draft letters, document management and production, coordinate files, expenses, account management, input data, client reporting, collate client information, support with bids and tenders, document control, attend project meetings, assist with billing and any other duties required via the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role, you will have a flexible approach to work, you will be reliable, hard-working, you will be organised and a self-starter, strong communication skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
This role is with an excellent organisation. Salary is up to £30,000 dependent on experience.
