SALARY DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
Our well-established client has an exciting opportunity for a Legal PA to join their Canterbury office.
You will be working within a dynamic environment that has a fun and supportive culture. We strive to provide a high-quality service to our clients and to continuously develop.
Main Responsibilities as a PA:
- Deal with enquiries and book appointments
- Assist in communication with clients, taking telephone calls and accurately recording messages and providing assistance wherever possible.
- Assist in the personal organisation of Fee Earners and manage their diaries.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Receive and log client funds.
- Invoicing
- Use our case management system
- Provide audio typing using BigHand
- Provide general secretarial/administrative activities to help progress client file.
- Word process documents and materials
- Maintain and build upon existing client relationships.
- Ensure the positive representation of the firm when dealing with clients and other outside agencies.
