QED Legal are excited to announce a brand new incredible opportunity for a Legal PA to join dynamic, forward thinking law firm in the heart of the city centre.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless secretarial support, confidently interacting with stakeholders and clients, organising diaries, and leading tasks with proactive efficiency.

As a legal PA you will provide invaluable support to Fee Earners and Partners within a national team. You’ll become a vital part of our established and leading department, handling a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

Key Attributes:
  • Previous legal secretarial experience
  • Proficiency in typing, drafting, and producing documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Initiative, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and remain composed
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and case management systems
