Legal PA - Corporate - Global Law Firm - Paying up to £55k + hybrid working

My Client, a break away firm originally, who now dominate the Legal Sector currently seek a first class Legal PA to join their award winning Corporate department.

They now boast over 1,500 professionals who have an international presence in 15 offices. They provide support to Clients who are described as having unique business needs, making for a more interesting workload. The firm's reputation is built on a foundation of delivering premier value-added services whilst maintaining the highest quality advice on their most critical Legal and Business needs.

  • Described as a busy role with complex international travel
  • Hybrid Policy = 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

Duties

  • Actively manage Fee Earner's diaries
  • Proactively manage fee earners' and own inbox, ensuring that the Client/mater related emails are dealt with promptly
  • Arrange extensive global travel
  • Anticipates the needs of both internal and external Clients, responds to expectations and adds value by ensuring the Client experiences the highest quality of service
  • Document processing; creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading
  • Liaising with Clients and knowing when to action urgent matters; following up on matters

Candidates must have at least 5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience, at Partner level.
