Join a boutique specialist law firm in central London as a Legal PA!

Are you ready to play a crucial role in a boutique firm specialising solely in employment law?

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal PA to support a group of friendly Partners and Associates and collaborate with 3 other PAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of multiple key stakeholders, ensuring seamless organisation of appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Travel Arrangements: Facilitate travel bookings and accommodation for team members.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to the evolving needs of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Legal PA supporting multiple partners
  • Exceptional Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
