Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a hard-working and versatile Legal PA to join one of our boutique, international law firm clients on a twelve month maternity cover contract. Located near Chancery Lane, our client has offices in the UK, Europe and US and specialise in commercial & competition law. Our client would ideally like the Legal PA to start as soon as possible to ensure a smooth handover.

The general duties of the Legal PA position include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing all typing, secretarial services, correspondence, and document production.
  • Preparing standard documents.
  • Using the Firm's systems, including iManage & Microsoft Office.
  • Arranging travel.
  • Event administration such as reservations, sending invites etc.
  • Carrying out conflict checks.
  • Diary management.
  • Organising client meetings.
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate client contact via CRM.
  • Assisting other PA's and staff when required.
  • Answering incoming calls.
