Our client, an outstanding global law firm are now looking for a Legal EA to support Senior Stakeholders on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a well-known and ultra-successful law firm, with a real global footprint. This is the perfect role for a proactive, dynamic and experienced EA looking for a varied role where they can add value. Although this role is a 12 month FTC, there is lots of scope for this to be extended/go permanent.

Legal EA key responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management and travel arrangements
  • Inbox management
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for fee earners
  • Organising and managing internal and external events
  • Scheduling meetings and minute taking
  • Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining communication
  • Client matter management - opening new files, drafting engagement letters
  • Acting as a main point of contact for clients
  • Billing, WIP updates and attending WIP meetings
  • Processing expenses
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

Key skills & Experience:

  • Senior Legal PA/ EA experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • A flexible attitude and a strong team player
