The Role

An intriguing opportunity awaits an experienced private client solicitor to advance their career in a nurturing setting. Seeking a legal director to lead the department, with promising prospects for partnership. This opportunity is tailored for individuals currently occupying senior associate positions or higher.

• Lead Private Client Department.
• Manage own caseload.
• Deliver an accurate, high quality, on time service to clients.
• Provide advice to property and family law teams as required.
• Meet personal and team financial targets.

Qualification and Experience

• Qualified solicitor in Scotland.
• Over a decade of experience in private client matters, encompassing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Executries, Guardianships.
• STEP Qualified, member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
• Proficiency in team leadership.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness.
• Computer skills and familiarity with case management systems.

On Offer

• Salary up to £130,000p.a.
• Full time hours, Mon-Fri.
• Hybrid, flexible and agile working.
