LEGAL COUNSEL/SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
c. 4-12 YEARS' PQE
GLOBAL FINTECH
HYBRID WORKING

We are working for a leading global FinTech provider. We are looking to recruit one or two additional lawyers to join the team, led by the Assistant General Counsel, a very accomplished Head of Legal with international experience across high profile, growth companies in the fintech & outsourcing industries.

You will undertake interesting, high value work, commensurate with your level of experience. Indicatively, we are interested in qualified lawyers with between c. 4 - 12 years’ PQE. That said, suitable experience is more important than PQE: we are looking for demonstrable experience in outsourcing contracts, ideally from the sell side and experience working with sales teams, not just on the procurement side. Experience in BPO outsourcing will be favoured, though software licensing experience will also be useful. Strong drafting and negotiating experience (commensurate with level) will be key.

Ideally, candidates will have at least some experience of working in the context of funds, collective investment schemes, insurance or pension products, investment & custody/wealth management platforms, but these aspects can be learnt on the job by a bright and ambitious candidate.

The team is very supportive and the culture is collegiate and friendly. The working pattern is very flexible with presence in the office required 6 days pcm. These roles will provide a genuine development pathway in a dynamic, growth business and are fantastic opportunities!

Please get in touch ASAP with your CV for a confidential discussion.
