• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements
• Identifying legal risks and providing strategic advice to mitigate potential issues
• Developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies
• Managing and coordinating legal actions, disputes, and litigation, working closely with external counsel
• Assisting in corporate governance matters
• Developing and updating company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices
• Protecting intellectual property rights and managing trademark and patent applications
