Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in contract management and procurement? Our forward-thinking tech company is seeking a driven Contracts and Procurement Assistant to join our rapidly expanding team.

In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and success of our organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and maintaining comprehensive sourcing processes, documentation, and contractual agreements
  • Collaborating closely with clients to develop and refine critical procurement documentation
  • Leading the drafting, negotiation, and amendment of tender documents, contracts, and related legal agreements
  • Leveraging your problem-solving skills to navigate unique contract scenarios and identify new opportunities
  • Making detailed revisions to contractual documents to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimal outcomes
  • Liaising extensively with external legal bodies and amending supplier contracts as needed
  • Utilising standardised templates to draft new contracts while deftly modifying clauses as required
  • Quickly identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues within contractual terms
  • Managing a diverse range of stakeholder relationships and maintaining fluid communication

To excel in this position, you will bring:

  • Solid experience amending and working with a variety of legal contacts and agreements
  • Proven expertise in procurement contracts, sourcing, or a closely related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
