What will be expected of you?
- Client ledger reconciliations
- File closures
- Reviewing Client residual balances
- E-filing and administration
- Assist with day-to-day queries from F/E
- WIP and disbursement write offs
- Accurately process purchase invoice
- Processing employee expenses
- Processing and posting credit card expenses
- Posting petty cash payments
- Client and Office bank transaction posting and reconciliations
- Client to Office transfers
- Paying suppliers and refunding Client money
- Processing deposit account interests
- Taking payments via virtual card terminals
- Basic knowledge of Excel
