We are seeking a Legal Cashier for a friendly law firm who have offices throughout Devon & Somerset.

The role will be Full Time based in their Bridgwater Office. As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules, reporting to the Finance Partner.

Your key responsibilities will include processing electronic payments, processing bills and invoices, preparing financial statements, analysing data and managing the purchase ledger. You will also be responsible for ensuring the firm complies with the Law Society's Solicitors Accounts Rules.

Previous experience working as a Legal Cashier or Senior Legal Cashier is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
