TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established high-street law firm, looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to work alongside the Head of the Department. As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will be integral to the team working alongside an experienced Solicitor, Paralegals, and Legal Assistant. The role promises a high volume of administrative responsibilities, offering the chance to refine your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle initial client inquiries professionally, providing accurate cost estimates.
  2. Manage incoming calls from clients and external parties, ensuring top-notch client service.
  3. Coordinate contract packs, Land Registry documents, and searches.
  4. Carry out pre-completion searches and set up completions.
  5. Oversee office post to ensure efficient document management
  6. Support team targets with a collaborative approach.

Essential Criteria:

  1. Strong communication and client care skills
  2. Previous experience of assisting on a Residential Conveyancing caseload
  3. Proficient typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  4. Familiarity with case management systems.
