An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury/Medical Negligence Legal Assistant to join a firm in Leicester. The firm are going through a period of rapid expansion and are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team. They are able to offer an excellent flexible working approach and are seeking someone who would be excited to embark on their journey to finding alternative solutions and new ways of working.

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a talented Legal Assistant to join them in their Leicester based office. The successful candidate will assist the fee earners in running a caseload of a broad range of Employment matters. The firm are very solutions-focused and so you will get the chance to be a part of an extremely exciting time for the business as they continue to explore alternative ways of working.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Be an experienced Paralegal with at least 6 months’ experience working within an Personal Injury/Medical Negligence department
• Ability to confidently assist on fee earners caseload and provide administrative support
• A strong team player and willing to learn in order to progress
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a friendly approach
• Organised with excellent time management skills
