Robert Half Talent Solution are partnering with a Law Firm based in Bridgend to recruit an experienced self motivated Conveyancing Solicitor on a permanent basis.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer

Salary - £38,000 - £45,000

Location - Bridgend

Permanent , Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

* Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

* To process cases on a timely and cost effective basis

* Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.

* Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.

* Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.

* To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision

Requirements

* Hold a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload

* Recent practical experience of working in the legal profession.

* Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning

* organised and process-driven.

* commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.

* Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.

* IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.

* Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone

• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise
