Based just a stone's throw away from Chancery Lane train station, our client is a dynamic firm known for their expertise in high-stakes IP litigation cases. They handle a wide range of challenging cases, some of which progress to the High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.

?? What you'll be doing:

As a Litigation Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of cases. Under the guidance of a senior team member, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day file management and coordination of tasks. Effective communication with clients, opponents, and third parties will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of these cases. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with Counsel on applications, building your experience in intellectual property law.

?? Requirements:

• Educated to a high standard.
• Previous experience working within the legal sector or experience in litigation will be advantageous.
• Ability to handle a large workload and effectively schedule tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients, opponents, and third parties.
• An interest in intellectual property (IP) will be advantageous.
