Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Chapeltown area as they look to recruit a Ledger Clerk into their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The role will report to the Management Accountant and will consist of 75% Purchase Ledger and 25% Sales Ledger.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Raising invoices
  • Chasing aged debt 
  • Dealing with sales ledger queries
  • Taking ownership and responsibility of purchase ledger in full
  • Processing all purchase invoices in multiple currencies
  • Checking compliance / accuracy of invoices
  • Checking for data errors
  • Creating a weekly payment run

Person Specification:

  • Experience within a similar role 
  • Previous experience dealing with multi-currencies
  • Available immediately or on short notice
