About:

• One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brand in the world.
• Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
• Located in their very busy flagship Store on Bond Street. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customers who have quick purchases to make.
• Deal with online collections/returns, repairs, as well as helping the wider team with various sales related tasks.
• Be thorough and efficient at executing tasks that will usually be acheived in only 10 minutes appointments. 

Requirements:

• Well groomed, well spoken, assertive while keeping a warm friendly and upbeat personality.
• Experience working in luxury, fast paced and demanding environment, extra resilience is needed to deal with frustrated customers.
• Must possess good written skills as there will be some admin following tasks like repairs/returns. 

Offering:

• Salary up to £38,000 basic
• Bonus
