Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Leasing Officer x 2

Location:         Hybrid working / North East (Humberside, Yorkshire)

Rate:                £22.65 per hour (Umbrella rate)     

Length:            6 months   

Hours:             35 hours p/week – no weekend working  

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Carry out lease renewals and plan handbacks throughout the North East
  • Responsible for a diverse range of property types
  • Meet potential tenants to provide property viewings, answered any queries and signed up tenants on a short hold tenancy basis
  • Complete the tenancy sign up process from start to finish which consisted of reference checks and previous address checks
  • Liaise with the voids team regarding any issues when a void property became available including clearing the property and any repairs or maintenance that was required
  • Liaise with contractors on a daily basis with such issues as general repairs, window cleaning and gardening tenders
  • Attend meetings with contractors, took specifications and carried out follow up visits

To be considered for this role you will need to be available to start at short notice and have similar experience to the above you must also have an Standard DBS issued within 12 months.
