Our client is looking for an experienced Build To Rent professional to join a newly launching site in Brighton.

You will be part of a hugely successful Senior Leadership Team and working alongside some of the most credible colleagues in the Real Estate world.

The development is 200+ units and is part of a major regeneration project in Brighton, so you will be a part of a very excitement project locally.

Responsibilities:

- To oversee lettings management services for a new build BTR development
- Administration, compliance, marketing, and team management to ensure
- Delivering exceptional service from enquiry to deposit return

Reporting Structure:

Reporting to the General Manager, responsible for reporting/presenting and developing new leasing strategies for the client.

Salary and package:

£32,000 basic salary
£10k performance based bonus paid on occupancy based target
