We're seeking an energetic, hands-on Leasing Agent to lead our client’s expansion into the vibrant East London leasing market. Key Responsibilities of the Leasing Agent:

• Manage inbound enquiries for East London.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies specific to the East London commercial property market.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease execution, focusing on maximizing occupancy rates in the East London area.
• Arrange and carry out viewings.
• Negotiate favourable lease agreements and renewals in alignment with market trends and East London rental rates.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitor activity in the East London commercial real estate market.
• Monitor leasing activity and vacancies across East London properties, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Work closely with Business Development Manager to grow business, leveraging knowledge of the East London market to drive performance and success.

Skills required as the Leasing Agent:

• Experience of commercial real estate leasing agent in London.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with an understanding of East London market dynamics.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous management experience preferred.
