HYBRID 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised person to join our multi-disciplinary Leaseholder Services collections team. This is an exciting role within housing management, where you will be the first point of contact for complex enquiries from leaseholders. The purpose of this role is to maximise the council's income through effective monitoring and management of approximately 1000 leasehold service charge accounts.

The Candidate

  • Leasehold Advisor - Revenue Service Charges
  • Customer focused, empathetic, placing our residents at the heart of our daily focus.
  • A strong level of knowledge calculating and billing revenue and capital service charges.
  • Experience of s20 legislation, s20B and financial controls.
  • Must have experience of working with spreadsheets.
