Playing a vital role, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) are particularly instrumental in assisting students with special educational needs. They provide tailored support, engage actively in classroom activities, champion inclusivity, and contribute to behaviour management. LSAs actively contribute to creating a dynamic and supportive environment, addressing the distinctive needs of each student for the promotion of both academic and personal growth.

***£85 - £95 per day

***Immediate Start

***Monday - Friday (8:30 - 3:30)

**Requirements**

  • Supported students, particularly those with special needs, in understanding and addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills like empathy and patience to build positive relationships and offer crucial support.
  • Collaborated effectively with teachers and special educators, emphasising teamwork.
