Learning Support Assistant (LSA)- Tonbridge, Kent

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant ready to join a Mainstream Secondary School in Tonbridge with immediate start!

A Learning Support Assistant role is highly rewarding and requires patience, enthusiasm and energy.

A Learning Support Assistant role is perfect for you if you:

  • enjoy teaching but prefer working with small groups and 1:1
  • like working with young people but want flexibility to choose the days you work
  • want to make a real impact to young people's education
  • want to work with like-minded people who also want to inspire the next generation

Information on the Learning Support Assistant role:

Location- Tonbridge, Kent

Pay- £85-100 per day

Hours- 8.30am- 3.30pm Monday-Friday. Full-Time or Part-Time roles available.

Year- Years 7-11 (Key Stages 3 and 4). Some roles available in Key Stage 5 (Years 12 and 13)

Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above or Level 5 and above.

Experience- experience is highly desirable but not necessary. A passion for working with young people should shine through in your application.
