Smart Education is proud to partner with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Primary School, an institution dedicated to meeting the distinctive educational needs of children with a range of diverse and challenging requirements. Our student body includes those with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and individuals diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Moreover, our school provides vital support to children with visual impairment, hearing impairment, and behavioural challenges.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our passionate team on a full-time basis. The chosen candidate will play an integral role in providing daily support and meeting the needs of our students. As our school prioritizes safeguarding, we expect all applicants to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with complex needs and the ability to provide high-quality support. They should possess qualities of compassion, patience, and empathy, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualifications Required: Level 2/3 or equivalent (Minimum of 6 months SEN experience).

Salary: £85.68 - £87.25 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: Sutton Coldfield
