In your role as a Learning Support Assistant, you are instrumental in assisting students with special educational needs. Collaborating with teachers, you implement personalised education plans, fostering an inclusive learning environment. Your empathetic approach and adaptability significantly contribute to the academic and personal growth of students with diverse needs.

***Learning Support Assistant - Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

***Monday to Friday (5 days per week - 8:30 - 3:30)

***April 2024

***£85 - £95 per day depending on experience

***Supporting a student on a 121 basis to ensure equal access to the curriculum

Tradewind is currently partnered with a welcoming secondary school in Huntingdon, actively seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role revolves around delivering personalised academic support to an individual student, emphasising the school's commitment to fostering an inclusive and warm learning environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and parents to ensure a supportive atmosphere. **Requirements**

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant in desirable.
  • Skilled in addressing a variety of learning needs through effective teaching methods.
  • Exhibits outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about ongoing training and personal development.
  • Dedicated to promoting inclusivity and ensuring equal educational opportunities.
