As a LSA (Learning Support Assistant) �?, you'll play a crucial role in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for students facing challenging behaviors. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized care, implementing behavior management strategies ??, and fostering positive relationships to facilitate student growth and development �?.
