Progress Assistant
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: Actual salary £19,320 - £19,644 (Term Time and Inset Days)



We are seeking a dedicated Progress Assistant to join our vibrant school community. The role involves working alongside classroom teachers to support the learning and progress of our students, delivering intervention strategies, and providing personal care for those who require additional support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a commitment to student development.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational interventions.
  • Support the learning and progress of pupils through tailored assistance.
  • Deliver specific interventions and personal care to pupils who require extra support.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage students to reach their full potential by maintaining high expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High expectations of both self and students.
  • Creativity and flair in assisting with educational activities.
  • Dedication and energy towards student development and school activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
