We are seeking a dedicated Progress Assistant to join our vibrant school community. The role involves working alongside classroom teachers to support the learning and progress of our students, delivering intervention strategies, and providing personal care for those who require additional support. Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational interventions.
• Support the learning and progress of pupils through tailored assistance.
• Deliver specific interventions and personal care to pupils who require extra support.
• Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage students to reach their full potential by maintaining high expectations.
